Our goal is to raise awareness of the consumption of traditional Sardinian cheeses as well as to all other products of our beautiful;
Sardinia.
Within our modern factory, where 500,000 pieces are produced every year, you will see how much work, professionalism and passion are hidden behind every cheese.
The visit can finish with a tasting of 4 types of Aresu Cheeses, combined with other seasonal local products (such as local bread, jams & honey, fresh vegetables, seasonal fruit, wine, artisan beers & spirits, etc.).
All this takes place in the Cheese House “Casa Formaggi Aresu”, a place where the past is recalled by ancient tools and cheese is shown to be not merely “food”, but a cornerstone of the Sardinian cultural tradition.

CONDITIONS OF THE VISIT:
Visiting hours are limited
according to the production cycle (morning, afternoon).
Reservation is required, in agreement with the reception manager,
who will confirm by e-mail the group’s acceptance.
Available languages: Sardinian, Italian, English. (more languages on request).
Methods of payment accepted: cash, credit card.
Upon request, a shuttle service is available for transfers from Cagliari centre, port, airport, and tourist resorts.
